Park City Fit's youth fitness class is designed with one goal in mind-movement with a purpose. Whether your child is an athlete looking to get and stay strong in the off season or simply wants to get active, this program helps develop strength, speed, agility, and coordination through expert coaching and guidance. Delivered in a supportive, high energy environment, our program helps build confidence, body awareness and a solid foundation for a lifetime of fitness.

With sport-specific training tailored to enhance performance, these sessions create the perfect environment for friends and teammates to train together, stay motivated, and push each other. It’s focused, effective, and fun—building stronger, faster, and more resilient athletes every session.

Our team strength training sessions are designed to do more than just build physical strength. In a challenging and supportive environment, athletes learn to push through demands together, communicate effectively, and rely on one another. These sessions help teams develop confidence, camaraderie, and trust—qualities that translate directly to a sports team. By working side by side in the gym, athletes not only improve their athletic performance but also strengthen the bonds that make them more cohesive, resilient, and successful as a team.
Sessions are 75 minutes in duration.
-Each session includes a sport-focused warm-up, strength training, team building and fun.
-Strength and conditioning sessions are tailored to each age group, with movements and exercises modified to match every athlete's training level and stage of development.
