After your FREE and 1 on 1 sessions, you will be assigned a coach that checks in with you and helps guide you along the way. Unlimited classes through out the month, access to our sauna and cold plunge 6 days/week, use of our recovery room, open gym with access to our facility via an app on your phone, and a rad community of people are all included.
Elevated
Want a more customized approach to your training? Our elevated membership provides everything our class membership does, but your assigned coach customizes each class workout for you specifically. Changes to movements, intensity, frequency of training, and how to maximize your time in the gym to thrive outside of it make this a great option for those looking for more direction or accountability with a coach in your corner.

Our deepest dive into training and wellness. We address nutrition, sleep, movement, and work/life balance. Customized programming, weekly personal training sessions, and additional perks are all included. We take your goals and aspirations and build a program around them, working to serve you best as a whole person.
