When I was five years old, I moved to Park City, and my parents put me into a variety of outdoor sports. I quickly gravitated toward ski racing and fell in love with being on the mountain and going fast. I raced from 1st grade through my senior year of high school. I also raced cross country mountain bikes (again, mountains and going fast). Through ski racing and biking, I’ve had my fair share of injuries, some that lead me to doing nothing for quite a while. Those injuries were why I got back into the gym after quitting the ski team. I found CrossFit from watching the games in the summer of 2020 and immediately emailed Chris because I wanted to compete, and I am so glad I did. Like anyone stepping into a CrossFit gym for the first time I was nervous, but PC Fit quickly became a second family to me. I began to love being in the gym not just to workout but for the people. When the opportunity became available to coach at mu second home, Park City Fit, I knew I wanted to. I love getting to help and learn from others; I can’t get enough of it. Training has become a passion for me, and now, I get to share that with you every class I coach.
