I bring a diverse athletic and coaching background rooted in competitive alpine ski racing and soccer, which naturally evolved into a long-term focus on endurance training and strength and conditioning. That progression shapes how I coach today—blending technical skill development, physical preparedness, and long-term athletic development for athletes of all ages and experience levels.
As a former gym owner of a performance-based training facility on the East Coast with two decades of coaching experience, I have worked with a wide range of individuals, from youth and competitive athletes to adults beginning a new fitness journey. I have also spent years training and coaching women through pregnancy and postpartum, helping them stay strong, confident, and capable through every stage of life. Whether someone is training for a competitive sport, returning after time away, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, or stepping into structured training for the first time, I meet them where they are. My approach emphasizes individualized, sport-informed programming that accounts for physical demands, training age, seasonal needs, and long-term development. Through this process, I help people build strength, power, speed, and durability while prioritizing proper movement mechanics and injury prevention.
My coaching philosophy centers on building strong foundations, fostering confidence, and supporting lifelong fitness. My goal is to help people move well, train with purpose, and develop the physical and mental tools that support both performance and long-term health—inside and outside the gym.
